Italy’s Investor Visa Program offers non-EU citizens a clear route to obtain residence through a qualifying investment. The program provides an initial two-year investor visa and residence permit, which may be renewed as long as the qualifying investment is maintained. The application begins online, and the investor receives the official Nulla Osta before completing the investment. After approval, the applicant travels to Italy, applies for the residence permit and completes the investment within the required legal period. The Italy Investor Visa allows the holder to live, work and study in Italy, while also benefiting from travel within the Schengen Area.
