Investment in Companies Option
To apply, you need a valid passport and must make a minimum investment of $350,000 USD in the company. Additionally, a non-refundable contribution of $100,000 USD to the government is required, along with a one-time state fee of $10,000 USD to initiate the process. Proof of financial stability and documentation confirming the source of funds are necessary. A clean criminal record is mandatory, and legal fees for processing and handling the application must be paid. While there is no minimum or maximum stake required in the company, the invested funds must be held for 5 years.
