Latvia Investment Options

The Latvia Residence by Investment Program offers multiple pathways for obtaining residency:

1- Equity Investment: Invest EUR 50,000 into the equity capital of a Latvian company, with an annual tax contribution of at least EUR 40,000. Make a single, EUR 10,000 payment to the state budget.

2- Latvia Bank Deposit Residency Program: Obtain a 5-year renewable temporary residence permit in Latvia by depositing at least €280,000 in subordinated bonds of a Latvian bank. Additional requirements include a €25,000 state fee.

3- Real Estate: Although currently suspended, investors previously could acquire real estate valued at a minimum of EUR 250,000 with a state fee of 5%.

2- Onboarding, Processing, and Governmental Requirements Total: €8,450

Gaining Latvia citizenship through the Latvia Golden Visa Program

- Permanent Residence: After five years of temporary residence, apply for permanent residence, provided you have lived in Latvia for at least four out of the five years.
- Citizenship: Apply for citizenship after five years of legal residence, passing a language proficiency test.
